LOVE YOURSELF

دوست عزیزی دارم که معمولا خاطراتش را به زبان انگلیسی یادداشت میکند و همیشه به من میگوید اگر میخواهی زبانت پیشرفت کند و کسی نیست با او صحبت کنی با خودت در ذهنت شروع به صحبت کن.

نوشتن به زبان انگلیسی میتواند یک روش خلاقانه و مفرح بخش و چالش برانگیزی باشد،تایپ کردن در یک وبلاگ رنگی این روزها به من آرامش میدهد پس من میخواهم خاطراتم و آموزه هایم را هرچندساده هستند در اینجا یادداشت کنم.

امیدوارم در آینده وقتی به آرشیوم نگاه میکنم از این همه پیشرفت به خود ببالم.

ن دنیا بشتابید 

زن بودن یعنی بوی گل ، بوی طراوت ، برای احساس طراوت گلبرگ ها و رایحه آنها زمانی برای خود اختصاص دهید ، دمی در بوستان سرسبز نگی بیاسایید تا برای ادامه راه دشوار زندگی نفسی تازه کنید 

خواندن این کتاب را به تمام ن ،مادران ،دختران ،مادران شاغل، مادران مجرد، ن زجرکشیده و مردان آزاده توصیه میکنم

با خواندن این کتاب وارد دنیای جذاب و فوق العاده خواهید شد 

این یه خاطره یا گزارش کار من تو یه روز تعطیل

 i woke up at 11 am beacuse i needed more sleep instead i reed english for 5 hours

i reed an english scientific journal magezine that was very informative and about the life of the owls

من امروز ساعت یازده صبح  بیدار شدم چون احتیاج به خواب بیشتری داشتم بجاش پنج ساعت زبان خوندم یه مجله علمی خیلی مفید راجع به زندگی جغد ها بود .

I'm going to describe my typical day

Well I first usually wake up at 7 o'clock but I don't get up

I listen to the music or audio books that about learning English or story Then after 2 or 3 hours I slowly get up

I walk to the bathroom and brush my teeth for 5 minutes and wash my face with Anti boiling soap ,Then later I go to the kitchen

I often drink a glass of milk after that turn on my laptop and watch the program ketab baz after one hour i eat breakfast

i seldom have a loaf of bread with a piece of cheese with some nuts and a glass of herbal tea which is very aromatic 

Then I exercise after 2 hours and Then I take a shower

I want to talk about my best friend his name's Pablo. his tall and he has short curly dark hair and black eyes and he has nice smile, indeed he's very friendly and good-looking.
He usually gets up at 6 A.M, it's early, I know, because he's a morning man unlike me I'm a night owl, but we have a similarity to each other I mean Pablo and me are light sleeper, if we hear any noises we wake up right away.
he seldom watches TV instead he listens to music specially old Farsi and French songs. a funny thing to say sometimes he sings while walking, this time is very cut.
He speaks several languages including English and Turkish fluently and of curse he speaks a little Chinese. you see he's very talent.
He doesn't have a car because he doesn't need it and unfortunately he doesn't like driving, but he has enough money to buy a car.
two of his strengths are that he's healthy so he doesn't smoke and I'm happy about that, and when we have a Date he's never late, lucky me.
Pablo is a businessman, he's very hard-working and he even goes to work on weekends. he sometimes goes on business trips to China and Dubai. he has many friends in different countries.
in the end I have to say he's my family and I love him.
